Conditions
- Like-for-like: the same check type (individual KYC, or entity KYB including its related parties) from an Australian provider serving Tranche 2 reporting entities, at a comparable monthly volume.
- Evidence: a public price page or a written quote dated within the last 30 days, which we may verify with the provider.
- Applied as your account price for as long as the competitor price stands; we review it when the comparison changes.
- Excludes free trials, promotional and time-limited offers, bundles that include services we do not offer, and enterprise contracts with minimum commitments.
- Valitros may vary or withdraw the price promise for new claims on 30 days notice on this page. Claims already applied to an account are honoured for the period above.
To claim, email the quote or page to accounts@valitros.com from your account email.

A small agency, 4 checks a month. $99 a month. All 4 are included. Nothing more.
An accounting firm, 3 individuals and 4 companies in a month. 7 checks: 5 included, 2 extra. If the extras are companies, that is 2 x $35 = $70 on top of the $99, so $169 ex GST. Every director and shareholder verified under those companies is inside the KYB price.
Month one and two. Nothing, up to 20 checks each month.
Questions
What is Tranche 2?
Tranche 2 is the extension of Australia's AML/CTF regime to real estate agents, conveyancers, lawyers, accountants, trust and company service providers and dealers in precious metals and stones. From 1 July 2026 these businesses are reporting entities with customer due diligence, program, record keeping and reporting obligations to AUSTRAC.
What counts as one check?
A KYC check is one individual: identity document, liveness, data checks and screening. A KYB check is one entity (a company, trust, partnership or similar) including every related party you verify under it, such as directors, trustees and beneficial owners. Those people are inside the KYB price, not charged again.
What happens in the free trial?
Your first 2 months are free with up to 20 checks a month. You add a card when you sign up so the account can start straight away, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Checks beyond the trial allowance in a month are charged at the per-check price.
How am I billed?
Monthly in arrears. On the first days of each month you receive a tax invoice for the month just ended: the subscription (after the trial) plus any checks beyond the included allowance, with GST added, charged to the card on file.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly, cancel any time. Your data stays exportable.
I was a Valitros customer before this pricing started. Does it apply to me?
No. Accounts set up before self-serve billing launched keep their founding terms. Nothing changes unless you ask us to move you.
