Valitros services
When the database is not enough, we go and find out
Enhanced due diligence on high risk customers, corporate investigations when something is wrong, and verification before you set up or partner overseas. Lawful methods, licensed people, reports your board and your lawyers can act on.
Enhanced due diligence
Know exactly who you are dealing with before the money moves
When a customer, counterparty or investor is high risk, a database search is not enough. Valitros runs the full enhanced due diligence file: who they really are, where the wealth came from, who stands behind the company, and whether what they told you checks out on the ground.

When something is wrong inside or around your business, find out what actually happened
Missing money, a supplier that turned out not to exist, a director with undisclosed interests, a whistleblower report nobody knows how to handle. Valitros investigates lawfully, documents everything, and gives your board and your lawyers a factual account they can act on.

Expand overseas with your eyes open
The proposed joint venture partner, the factory that will make your product, the agent who promises to open doors, the lawyer a friend recommended. Before you sign or send money, Valitros confirms they are who they say they are, that the business is real, and that the structure you are being offered will not cost you the company.

How we work, and what we will not do
Valitros scopes every matter in writing, tells you which jurisdictions and which people will be involved, and quotes a fixed fee or a capped estimate before work starts. Findings are separated from opinion, every fact is sourced, and gaps are stated plainly.
We use lawful methods only: public and official records, licensed databases, open sources, consented document and reference checks, voluntary interviews, and physical verification from public places. We do not pretext, access private accounts or systems, intercept communications, or carry out surveillance that breaches privacy or harassment laws. Valitros is not a law firm; where legal advice, privilege or court process is needed, we work under the direction of your lawyers.
